overall I would recommend this bridle to anyone for both schooling and showing. TACK 17.5 Passier Antares Dressage Saddle Medium tree, very good condition. I'm sure in time it will become broken in but for now its a bit of an inconvenience. for some people this might not be a problem if you leave your noseband put together when putting the bridle on, however, I undo and redo my noseband every time I ride. it's not soft and bendable, rather hard and non-flexible, making it a bit more difficult to do up. Find Tree Sales in Pets Find or rehome a dog, cat, bird, horse and more on Kijiji: pets offered by humane societies and shelters, owners and breeders locally in Ontario. the only problem I had was with the 'padding' under the buckle on the noseband, it's not really padding at all like the description made me think, it's really just a super thick piece of leather. the color is perfect and the padding is soft and squishy. a few reviews mentioned problems with the dye on the reins but I've already cleaned and conditioned/oiled mine a few times and everything still looks brand new. if you don't ride very often or maybe just want a cheaper show bridle to use once in a while I think this would be perfect for you, however with extended use the subpar leather quality begins to show and the bridle begins to look a bit less nice.įeels and looks so much more expensive! I bought this bridle about a month ago for my new horse, it was intended for schooling just because I didn't know how nice it would look but I will definitely be using it for showing too. I wish they were sold separately because I would buy a pair for schooling and showing just to go with my new bridle. the reins that are included with this bridle however are amazing, I loved them. the price isn't high, its actually a pretty good deal, but when comparing to the lower end dover bridles I found that the leather quality on those was better. I am not concerned with structural integrity and expect that this bridle will hold up for many more years with its new owner but I expected better.

its not that the leather is ripping or cracking, its just not the best quality, it looks a bit wrinkled at all times and is pretty noticeable up close. however, the quality of the cheek pieces and the leather straps connected to the noseband haven't impressed me.
